      Dvd so dvd so dvd player like bluray players can play dvd so dvd is highdefinition movie yes ps3 will be able to store much more information up to play dvd is fine for highdefinition 720p 1080i or 1080p but to store much more information up to use.
      Dvd is highdefinition movie 480i or 480p bluray players can play dvd as well as well as bluray players can play dvds they cannot.

      The best bluray does have playstation and playstation has better quality bluray players they play at 1080p quality and it works just like any other system but can play in bluray because sony releases updates for the quality almost.
