Whats the difference between LP, EP, & SP when it comes to DVD burning?
I want to burn a DVD, and I was wondering which I should pick?
Will any of them make the quality and sound better?
Any suggestions would be great!
Thank You.

One of the easiest things that you can get through with the computer is the conversion from DVD to AVI. It might sound astonishing to you that for many this process is considered to be pretty easier than the programming of TiVo. Many think that you need to have high profile computer along with the related knowledge of video formatting and editing. The truth is that you don’t need to know anything in advance; all you need to have is some of the items which would help in the process.
Before starting off with the process, make sure that you have everything needed for the task at your hand reach. The most important thing is the DVD without which you cannot do anything and it is simply meaningless to start off without it. Some of the DVDs are encrypted and in such cases you might need a DVD ripping software to get the information into the computer. Finally, you need the software which enables in the conversion of DVD into AVI. With the latest technologies, you can reduce your work as you can get single software for both ripping as well for conversion. For this, check out the internet stores which could get you some of the best software available. These are either available for free or at very small prices which everyone can afford.
After you have all the items you need for DVD to AVI conversion, you will just need to insert your DVD and begin the software’s process. If your conversion software can produce several different types of formats, make sure that the AVI format is selected so that you get the right file type that you want. Let the conversion software do its thing and depending on how fast your computer is, you will have an AVI file in no time. Once the process is completed all you will have to do is transfer the file to your portable device and enjoy. See, how simple was that.
A DVD Ripper is needed if you need a back-up copy of the movies. These back-up copies comes handy when your original DVDs wear over time. The DVDs does not work when there is scratch on it and they tend to become so after using it for long. Then, you can make use of the back-up copy to ensure that you have thrown value for money. For this you need several things which include a DVD ripper and a DVD burner. With this you can accomplish your task of getting the back up copy.
