Open Question: Has anyone seen The Walking Dead?

I watched the first season on netflix and liked it so much that I wanted to own it. So, I bought the 3 disc special edition first complete season but while watching the second episode (where they chop up the walker and wear his guts to conceal their smell) they did not show that part! They only showed them dragging the walker into the building and a second later, Rick and Glenn are walking out with the guts and stuff on their clothes. My question is, does the regular 2 disc first complete season have that scene or is it only on netflix? I’m just wandering if I am going to miss anything else.
