Mitsuki asked: I have a few burned dvd’s that are currently dying on me; they won’t work in certain dvd players, the one has ton’s of pixilizations when played, and etc. I think the girl may have had a low quality burner, because she said it took her 4 hours a dvd to burn and I think alot of the burnt dvd’s messed up in the burn process.
So, I’m wondering if anyone know’s what’s the actual life expectancy of a burnt dvd. I read somewhere 100 years, but I don’t believe that because I think dvd companies wouldn’t want a permante sollution to having to pay full price.
So what’s your personal experience with burnt dvds?
